Can I use the TPE mat with my shoes on? The mat itself is more like a foam-type material, cushioning and non-slip feeling. It's better for barefoot exercise, as it's not as tough as a rubber mat.

Is this mat suitable for hot yoga? We do not recommend that you use this TPE yoga mat for hot yoga. As excessive sweat will collect on the mat when you're doing hot yoga, which may cause you to slip and fall.
